Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Nichali Studio pieces. however, because all items are made to order and produced in very limited quantities, our returns policy is as follows:

Eligibility:

Because every piece is printed specifically for you as part of a limited run collection, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your art arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it immediately.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Prints must be in original packaging.

Bundles must be returned complete.

Nonreturnable items:

Items that have been worn or show signs of use.

Process:

Contact us at nichalistudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method, or we will send a replacement dependant on your request.

Important notes:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.

Due to the strictly limited nature of our drops, we cannot offer exchanges for sold out sizes or designs.
